How booking a yacht with us works
We are a booking agent with a concierge. We find the right yacht, check it, write down the price and look after you until you are back on shore.
Five steps
Request
Choose a yacht or tell us what you need: the date, how long, and who is coming. Sending a request costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Quote
A concierge replies within 2 hours, 9:00 to 22:00 Cairo time, and sends a written quote once the operator confirms your date, usually the same day. It names the yacht, the operator, the full price and what is included.
Deposit
Accept the quote and your concierge sends a secure payment link for the 25% deposit to LuxuryYacht.Tours. We issue your receipt.
Confirmed
The operator confirms in writing, usually within 4 hours. If they cannot, you choose a full refund of your deposit within 14 days, or an equivalent yacht if you agree to it.
Sail
24 hours before, we send your captain’s name, the meeting point and a weather check. You pay the balance to the operator before boarding.

Who does what

Select and review yachts, send your quote, receive your deposit and issue the receipt, stay in touch on the day.
The operator
Runs the yacht and crew, confirms in writing, collects the balance.
You
Choose, pay the deposit, pay the balance before boarding.
Cancellation and weather, in short
Cancelling
Day trips: free until 72 hours before departure. Overnight trips: free until 30 days before. The full rules are in the booking terms.
Weather
If the port authority or your captain stops sailing, you choose a new date or a full refund.
