Accessibility statement

1. Our goal

We want everyone to be able to find and book a yacht trip on luxuryyacht.tours, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom or other assistive technology.

Our target is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

2. What we check

We check the main pages, including the home page, the request form and the booking pages, for:

• Keyboard use: every link, button and form field can be reached and used with the keyboard, with a visible focus.
• Screen reader labels: form fields, buttons and navigation have clear names and labels.
• Zoom: pages still work and can be read at 200% zoom.
• Dark mode: text and controls stay readable when your device uses dark mode.
• Reduced motion: animations are reduced when your device asks for less motion.

3. Known limitations

• JavaScript: some forms, such as the request form and the deposit payment, need JavaScript to work. If they do not work for you, you can book by phone, WhatsApp or email instead.
• Photos: the site has no yacht photos yet. When we add them, we will give each one a text description.
• Modern styling: the booking page uses modern CSS. In very old browsers it may look different, but the content and the form should still be usable.
• Other services: payment pages from our payment providers and WhatsApp are run by those companies. We cannot fully control how accessible they are.

We are working on these points and will update this statement when we fix them.

5. Accessibility on board

Yachts differ in how easy they are to board and move around. If anyone in your group has reduced mobility or other needs, tell us in your request. We ask the operator and tell you honestly what is possible before you pay.
