Ras Mohammed and the other South Sinai protected areas charge an entry fee per person: USD 5 for foreign visitors, EGP 25 for Egyptians, children under 7 free. Trips to the Tiran reefs usually pay the same fee. It is paid on the day unless your quote includes it. Your quote lists every extra in writing before you pay anything.
